BOWFIRE “LIVE IN CONCERT” stars these Canadian string virtuosos, and features step dancing, stunning Celtic vocals, and a Chinese erhu solo. This musical journey also includes fiery performances of “Fiddler in the Hood,” “Orange Blossom Special,” and a rousing cover of Led Zeppelin’s “Kashmir.” Executive produced by Barry Avrich, BOWFIRE “LIVE IN CONCERT” was recorded in May 2007 at Kitchener, Ontario’s Centre in the Square.
“When you put the best string players from around the world together on stage something magical happens,” says Solomon. “We are changing people’s perception of what a stringed instrument can do.”
